Proper Vision & Planning

Your Image is your conscience. Make it clean and bright - now.

LIFE SHRINKS & EXPANDS IN PROPORTION TO ONE’S COURAGE

1. Design Your New Character
2. Separate Your Mind From Your Character
3. Mythologize Yourself
4. Take Daily Aligned Actions
5. Review Refine

1. Design Your New Character

Start with the end goal in mind.

Who do you need to become in order to achieve your wildest dreams?

This isn’t about setting goals.

This is about setting New Standards for Yourself.
We don’t achieve our dreams, we achieve our standards - raise those standards up.

Ask yourself:
Who would I be if I had already achieved everything that I wanted?
How would I think? How would I act? What would my daily habits be? Be Specific!

If your dream is to built a 7 figure business, your new character might be someone:

  • who is confident in sales calls,

  • handles rejections easily,

  • & is always learning & adapting.

If your dream is to cultivate a life-long romantic partnership with a Gentleman, your new character might be someone:

  • who is incredibly elegant, feminine & conscientious

  • emotionally intelligent, and reads people like a book

  • has an understanding of power dynamics of the world

When you vividly imagine this character, you are not just day-dreaming,

you activate the same neuro-pathways that fire when you’re actually performing those actions.

This mental rehearsal strengthens your belief in your ability to achieve your goals!
& moreover!  By contrasting your current-self with your ideal self - you create a psychological tension that motivates action.

2. Separate Your Mind From Your Character

Now that you know who you need to become, it’s time to create distance from who you are now.

Most people are slaves to their current identity. They say: “That’s just who I am”, or “I can never do that”… It is a limiting mindset that keeps everyone stagnant.

This separation is about the ability to observe your own thoughts & behavior patterns.

And by stepping back, & viewing yourself as a heroine of a book, you can make more rational decisions about your actions & beliefs.

Think of your mind as the Director,

and your current self as an Actor playing a role.

As the Director, you have the power to rewrite the script at any time.

When you see your current self as just a character that you are playing,

you realize that the Ability & Intelligence aren’t fixed!

You can Grow, Adapt & Become whoever you need to be to achieve your dreams.

The strength of our self-image is the strength of our conscience. They are one and the same.

Use a few minutes everyday to get acquainted with your conscience when you look in the mirror.

Look at the example below, and scan through your current character. Refine it in a way that is needed. If you are struggling to create a New Character - leave a question mark in there, and promise yourself to step on a path of finding the best feature for your New Self. Ask your mentors, ask those who are ahead of you what's their approach.

3. Mythologize Yourself

You are not just designing your life. You are creating a legend, a myth.

Task: write out your Story. Past, Present, Future.

Reframe your past struggles as the origin of a heroine, or an icon. And then map out the future chapters of your life, like you are writing an epic saga.

By consciously crafting your life-story, you are actually shaping your identity.

This process also leverages the power of cognitive reframing.

And by reinterpretating the past that has happened as part as your heroine’s journey, you are not changing the past - but you are changing how those events impact you in the ‘present-future’.

When you mythologize yourself, you create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

You subconsciously start making decisions & taking actions that align with your story.

4. Take Daily Aligned Actions

A Ferrari Engine in a bicycle frame won’t get you anywhere.

Your new character needs the right vehicle, which is your daily actions.

So break down your massive goals into:

  • yearly,

  • monthly,

  • weekly,

  • daily actions.

Every single day you should be taking steps that align you with your New Character & your Ultimate Vision.

*The smarter the woman is - the further into the future she is able to see.

So - NO MORE aimlessly busy-working

No more procrastination.

Every action should be a deliberate step towards your dream life.

Consistent daily actions create strong neurological pathways in your brain.

& overtime this behaviors become automatic, requiring less will-power to maintain them.

And this is how habits are formed at that neurological level.

PRO TIP: Plan specific actions tied to specific triggers.

For example - “when I wake up - I’ll immediately do a quick stretching session, or after lunch I’ll make 5 sales calls”.

Research shows that these specific plans are far more effective than vague goals in driving consistent behavior.

5. Review & Refine [as many times as needed]

The most successful people in the world are constantly improving & evolving,

constantly refining their vision & their strategy.

They set regular intervals. SO you need to do the same too.

TASK:

Maybe Once a month, or Once a Quarter - you need to review your progress.

Are you consistently showing up as your New Heroine?

Are your daily actions aligned with the goals of the Heroine?

And does your personal myth need updating?

Be BRUTALLY honest with yourself, honey - so you can celebrate your wins, & learn from your failures.

And always be pushing to the next level!

This regular review process taps into principles of deliberate practice.

& it is not just about putting in time - it’s about focused effort to improve specific aspects of your performance.

This process also create feedback loops, allowing you to continuously optimize your approach.

Each review cycle provides data - and then that data can be used to adjust your strategies, assuring you are

always moving in the right direction.

The person who can achieve your dreams doesn’t exist yet. You have to create her step-by-step, day by day.

Change IS NOT about willpower, it is about strategically leveraging how your brain works to create lasting transformation.

And by applying these principles consistently, you are not just chasing your dream, you are systematically becoming the person who lives that dream day-by-day.

Your dream life is waiting.

And it’s time to go get it!
